  • All new and existing EnerGuide rated homes in Nova Scotia meet an average EnerGuide rating of 67
  • All EnerGuide rated homes in Nova Scotia that meet an EnerGuide rating of 85+ is less than 5%
  • All System Built Homes are guaranteed to meet an 85+ EnerGuide Rating - 100% of the time!
  • The difference between an EnerGuide Rating of 67 and and EnerGuide Rating of 85+ will result in an Energy Savings of between 30% to 40% less without changing your lifestyle in your New Home.

Thousands of Dollars in grants are available from the Provincial Government's "Performance Plus" program to perform the requirements necessary in the construction of New Homes to meet the EnerGuide Rating of 85+
